Join us on September 19th, 2019 for UCLA's eighth annual Equity, Inclusion & Diversity Graduate Welcome Day! This is an event for all graduate students that focuses on issues that are particularly challenging to underrepresented students. New graduate students will have the opportunity to learn about resources, to network, and to get acquainted with the university in a supportive environment. The goal of EID Welcome Day is to help new graduate students make personal connections and to promote an inclusive campus climate, personal well-being, and academic success. The event is free of charge.  Lunch will be provided and the afternoon sessions will be followed by a networking reception/dinner for all registered attendees.

EID Graduate Student Welcome Day is not meant to be a replacement for the university-wide orientation on Friday, September 20, 2019, but is another opportunity to become part of the UCLA Graduate Student Community.

REGISTER HERE: The registration for 2019 is now closed. We do accept on-site registration if you would still like to attend (note- lunch is not guaranteed with on-site registration)
